I have have been immersed in the Yoga, Massage, and Wellness world for over twenty years. I am constantly updating my knowledge and skills and collaborate with most of the medical professionals in town, i.e., Orthopedists, Physical Therapists, Chiropractors, and Sports Medicine doctors.
I am a Certified Integrative Yoga Therapist and a Certifed Orthopedic Massage Therapist and a Teacher of Functional Anatomy.. My years of education and experience in the field facilitate a multidisciplinary approach to my work.. I have a theory that most pain starts with some small misalignment, which, if caught on time, can be relieved with a little self-awareness to avoid surgery.
In 2016, I received my Masters in the Arts from NYU. I also enjoy being a docent at the Bruce Museum in Greenwich.
